This week my flying schedule is different from most weeks. I have a short two day trip on Wednesday and Thursday and then have three days of training in Dallas. Brenda and I were not able to travel to the lake this week but a friend of ours did and took these photos for us.
In this photo you can see that the rail has been painted battleship grey. I expect they will have to power wash the deck to remove the overspray. They will also paint the steel grate between the wall and the dock. Here you can see the white PVC water line and grey electrical conduit line that extends through the wall and under the deck.
This area is the sink and closet and will be covered with vinyl siding. The sink top will have a manmade stone countertop.
This photo is quite dark but it is hopefully clear enough to show the boat lift motor installed. The control box hanging from the motor will be attached to a pole so that the boat driver can reach it when docking.
Hopefully next week the weather will be nice and they can complete the roof and siding. We plan to return next Wednesday to check on their progress.
